The venue rental includes:
~set up of all tables chairs and/or benches to your specific liking for up to 200 people
~indoor/outdoor bar set up (beer and wine permitted, no hard alcohol)
~2 real bathrooms with heat
~large grass area for yard games
~ample patio space for live music, catering and dancing
~sand volleyball court
~playgrounds for kids
~Portable sound system with microphone, large projector screen for slideshows, and ample electric plug-ins.

Friday $750
Saturdays $1500
